Due to its evident aromatic character and its structure, the Ciliegiolo Giove matches easily with different sort of dishes, provided theay are rich in scents and not excessively fat, as aromatic cold cuts (e.g finocchiona), pastas with meat sauces, medium old cheeses and stewed red meats.
Prosecco di Maria
Typical crisp and delicate perlage. Pale light yellow colour, delicate and complex bouquet with fruity notes that remind of peach, green apple with second notes of acacia and lilac. Fresh and light on the palate, with balanced acidity and body; harmonic with a long persistent aftertaste.
