Succulent traditional legume stew, poultry and rice made with it, cephalopods like octopus, blue fish "chacinas", sauteed or stewed mushrooms, omelets, and also fish "empanadas".
Ribera del Duero
It has an opaque purple-colored with a huge nose of toasty oak, licorice, black currants and blackberry with a slightly baked character. This is followed by a thick, rich, layered, opulent wine with abundant ripe tannin and outstanding balance.
Wine of violet colour, intense, fruity aroma, typical of Tempranillo. A full mouthfeel with a beautiful bouquet wine. Smooth and creamy with nice length in the mouth. This wine can be consumed immediately or stored up to 8 or 12 years in a wine cellar under good conditions.
