Four kilometers outside of Sancerre, Michel and Laurent Thomas have a 17-hectare vineyard, planted on three different types of soil, each of which contains high deposits of limestone. This gives their wines a fruity aroma and flavor and makes them well-suited to be drank young.
All the Sancerre wines of the estate are authentic with an AOC, and all stages of production take place right on the property.
White Sancerre wine comes from the hardest stone soil on the vineyard, giving it pleasant notes of fruit and a very dry flavor. This wine is bottled using traditional methods without filtration, allowing an authentic and natural taste.
