Soil: Clay-limestone, rolled pebbled from Cruscades terrace.
Carignan, Grenache and Mourvedre vinified with whole berries. Temperature regulated maceration for 20 days for destemmed crushed Syrah, without adding sulphites.
Ruby red with purple hues. Intense black olive tapenade, funnel and spices. Concentrated and silky, notes of wild cherry. Long, notes of sandalwood and black fruits.
Great pairing with grilled lamb chops or steak tartare.
Best served at 16/18°C.
