Indigenous yeast, not filtered, no fining, not disgorged, no added sulfite.
Nose : crispy, pear and white fleshed fruits, fresh almond. Mouth with fine and discrete bubbles.
Great pairing with salmond tartar with an aperitive, or Lemon curd with desserts.
Best served at 8/10°C.
