Most of the vineyards are located around Volnay, in the Côte de Beaune. Grapes are hand-harvested and 100% destemmed.
Natural alcoholic fermentation: 10 days in cement vats, with a 12 months ageing in French oak barrels (10% new barrels).
On the nose, this wine has aromas of red berries, vanilla, blackcurrant and blackberries. The wine is supple and delicate on the palate with a fresh, light and gourmet finish. Perfect with grilled or cold meats and cheeses.
