The vineyard is made from an association of 3 Climats around Chorey-Lès-Beaune: “les Champs Longs”, “les Confrelins” and “Tue-boeuf”).
Grapes are hand-harvested and 100% destemmed. Natural alcoholic fermentation: 10 days in cement vats. 12 to 15 months of ageing in French oak barrels (30% new).
On the nose, it shows aromas of blackcurrant, cherry and raspberry, with a harmonious mouth, intensely fruity, with round tannins.
