The vineyard is located in Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation, with the association of 4 Climats bordering Vosne-Romanée: “Saints-Jacques”, “Allots”, “Lavières” and “Bas de Combe”.
Hand-harvested and 100% destemmed. Natural alcoholic fermentation: 10 days in cement vats. Aging: 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels (40% new).
On the nose, aromas of red berries in its youth, and mushrooms/leather as it ages. Full-bodied, round and powerful in the mouth.
