The vineyard is located on three different Climats “Raviolles”, “Jacquines” and “Croix Blanche” (0.54 hectare), south of Vosne-Romanée. It creates this cuvée tribute to Bernard Rion’s mother Juliette.
Grapes are hand-harvested and 100% destemmed. Natural alcoholic fermentation: 10 days in cement vats. Aging: 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels (40% new).
A feminine wine, delicate in the mouth and velvety on the palate. Also very aromatic on the nose with fruity and spicy fragrances.
