The soil is composed of clay, calcium deposits and volcanic earth. The vineyard is 100% Falanghina, with 45 years old vines. It lies at an altitude of 500m above sea level, and uses the espalier method of cultivation with guyot pruning.
Manual harvest with selection from only one vineyard, starting at the end of October. Classic soft press of destemmed grapes.
On the nose, aromas of cherry blossom, pears, and a touch of citrus. On the palate, a crisp feel, followed by a lingering mineral finish.
