Malbec grape, which originated in Cahors, thrives on rich clayey soils with, silica and pebbles. The vineyards are located on the 1st and 2d terrasses of the Cahors appellation.
Full destemming crushing, at a constant temperature of 20 degrees for the vinification. Short maceration followed by a light filtration before bottling. The Partie de Plaisir is finally aged on lees for 8 months.
Dark red color in a glass. A very fruity nose, both powerful and elegant, with a very round and soft palate and a great fruit intensity. Enjoy this wine by itself, or pair with cheese, pizzas, grilled meat and pasta.
