Vast alluvial terrace (Riss) at 80 to 150 meter high above 2 rivers (Ayguesand Ouvèze). Soil from limestone gravel and large pebbles.
The grapes are destemmed, pressed and vinifiedin concrete vats. The vinificationis traditional with daily punching down and controlled temperature.
Colour: deep and intense garnet, clear. Violet reflections.
Nose: fresh black fruit notes: blackberry and blackcurrant.
Palate: a nice and savoury density. Pleasant freshness. Wine which persists on black fruit aromas.
