Single vineyard cuvee. All grapes are coming from the locality called “Mourre des Perdrix”. It is a half-plateau situated on Courthezon. The terroir is composed by different soils: (red clay, with round pebbles and sandy marl).
Vinification in stainless steel vats and in big oak vats during 3/4 weeks. Elevage in big oak vats, barrels and demi-muids.
