This cuvee is made from twenty years old vines growing on chalky and clay hillsides rich in sea fossils. Bleeding after two hours of pellicular maceration. Fermentation at low temperatures between 15° and 17°C during twenty days. Lees aging in vat for 3 months.
Pink glints with Salmon reflections. Intense delicate nose of raspberry and redcurrants. The wild strawberry flavors override a refreshing taste. The length and balance are underlined by a gentle fresh finish.
A nice rose to drink with Mediterranean dishes, anything grilled, and a wide variety of desserts.
