The soil is clayey and sandy of the red Mediterranean soil with huge water reserve. The altitude is 150m above sea level.
Vinification with a long low temperature fermentation. Refining for 4 months in stainless steel vats.
Straw yellow colour with greenish reflections, on the nose fine aromas of citrus fruits accompanied by notes of jasmine and orange blossoms. On the palate fresh and well-balanced.
Ideal pairing with crustacean and shellfish based dishes, perfect with pasta dishes.
