Tyoe of wine: Red Crianza (Aged red)
Fermented in stainless steel at a controlled average temperature of 28ºC. Twelve months of evolution in American oak.
The wine rests in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months in the bottle before release.
Intense ruby red colour, aromas of stewed fruit, a touch of toasted almonds and vanilla. Full bodied in the mouth, with a silky texture and a long finish.
Barbecued meat, roast duck or pork. Fish seasoned with aromatic herbs, beans and other vegetable dishes. Manchego cheese.
Perfect to drink immediately after release, yet it has a storing potential of at least 6 years.
