Manual harvest. Complete destemming, maceration for 3 weeks in temperature-controlled vats. Ageing in demi muids (600 liters barrel).
Silky and harmonious nose. Floral and spicy. Very good intensity and smooth tannins. An elegant wine!
Great pairing with grilled meat, like “Entrecote”.
