Clay and calcareous hillsides in Herault and Gard area, in the South of France.
The grape varieties are vinified separately in stainless steel or concrete vats. Fermentation is followed by a short maceration of rougjly 10 days at low controlled temperature to flavour fresh fruits aromas. Gentle extraction by pumping over.
The two grapes varieties are blended and aged on fine lees in neutral content to bring complexity to the wine.
Colour: red, dense, clear with deep purple glints.
Nose: powerful, complex, spicy and red berries notes.
Taste: powerful, structured attack with a tinge of silky tannins. Red fruit aromas.
