Soil: clay and calcareous hillsides for the Grenache and sandy plains for the Cinsault, in Herault and Gard area, in the Languedoc area.
The harvest is made at night to protect the grapes from oxydation and preserve optimmum freshness. Grapes are then directly pressed without maceration, the wine is cooled down and left one fine lees.
Colour: bright pink rose petal.
Nose: foral notes.
Mouth: round and mouth-watering with refreshing notes of red berries, long finish.
Great pairing with aperitif, pasta and grilled fish.
