Gamay is vinified like a white wine : hand harvesting and sorting fol-lowed by an immediate pressing. Low temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks is made to keep the freshness of the fruit. Drink it preferably between its first and fourth year.
A fresh, fruity and crunchy wine with vibrant red berry aromas. Lively and juicy on the palate, it makes the perfect companion to tapas, charcuterie, grilled vegetables or a summer barbecue and even pairs beautifully with a refreshing strawberry soup.
Aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks.
