Appellation

Nestled between the southern reaches of the Rhône Valley and the sunny climes of Provence lies the AOP Luberon wine region. Sheltered by the majestic Luberon mountain range, this appellation boasts a rich viticultural heritage dating back to antiquity. The region’s Mediterranean climate, tempered by cool mountain breezes, fosters ideal conditions for grapes to flourish.

Vinification

Through meticulous planning, grapes are harvested at peak maturity within each plot. They are then sorted, de-stemmed with care, and gently pressed. Finally, the production from different plots is skillfully blended to create a wine with depth, freshness, and elegance.

Tasting notes and Pairing

A lively dance of fresh, glazed spices mingles with nuances of ripe black fruits. The palate is round and silky on entry. The wine’s aroma is a captivating tapestry woven with notes of vibrant red fruits and intriguing spices. The first sip reveals fine tannins that are elegant and beautifully balanced, leaving a lingering impression. Marinated with herbs like rosemary or thyme, lamb chops would pair well with the wine’s spice notes.
