Manual harvest, very selected grapes, in late October. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks and maceration for 8-10 days. Aging up to 24 months in French oak barrels, 1 year in stainless steel before bottling. A minimum of 3 months refining in bottles.
Dark ruby red color. Ripe red and dark fruits, bramble, and some spice notes. On the palate, it is full body and persistent, with grainy tannins. Serve between 18-20°C. Ideal with richly tasting and corpulent fragrance dishes.
