The soil is medium-textured, tending to clayey and saline soils. The altitude is 160 m above sea level.
Traditional vinification at controlled temperature and refining 4 months in stainless steel vats.
Deep red colour with lively violet shades. On the nose an intense bouquet with cherry, red fruits and violet notes. On the palate, the wine is fresh and moderately soft with a pleasant sapid finish. Ideal with cured meats and cheeses, perfect also with legume or potato soups. Serve at 18°-19°C.
