Garonne gravel and aeolian sands.
Manual harvest into small crates with a sorting of the grapes in the vineyard and optical sorting after destemming.
Vinification in stainless steel vats.
Ageing in oak barrels of 2 wines for 12 months. Fining with egg whites.
Dark color, intense and purple. Intense bouquet, fine, with ripe fruity taste. Subtle. Smooth palate, developing caressing, very perfumed and especially living between the middle and the finish. Fine tannins.
