This Pinot Noir is vinified with a short skin fermentation, resulting in soft, smooth tannins and a medium-bodied, elegant wine.
Food match to Pasta and BBQ.
In Summer serve slightly chilled.
Aged for 12 month in big casks and in older 225l barrels.
