Huff’s state-of-the-art facility has the grape processing area and fermentation tanks sitting on top of a hill, allowing for a natural gravity flow into a temperature controlled barrel cellar below.
This wine shows a nice balcance between fruit and minerality. The palate will be covered with a beautiful accid structure and framed of fine citrus notes. Culinary partnering very well with fine vegetables like asparagus, but also matching great with white fish, pork, veal or poultry. Also great to enjoy as a fine wine by the glass itself.
