The soil is composed of clay and sand, rich in limestone. The vineyards are situated between 280 and 400m above sea level. The vines are grown using 4,000 pruned-spur cordon-trained.
Manual harvest beginning mid-end of September. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Aging for 6-8 months in concrete and steel, and 3 months in the bottle.
Red ruby color. Red fruits notes, with a strong, persistent and earthy tannins. Serve between 16-18°C. Ideal with beef, veal, poultry and pasta dishes.
