Calcareous clays and sand soils. Single vineyard from San Marcello, 7 to 50 years old vines, situated 200m above sea level.
Organic viticulture, certified with homeopathic practices. Grapes are hand-harvested in small bins. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, aged 3 months on the lees, and 3 months in the bottle.
Yellow straw color. Intense notes of gorse, exotic fruits and white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and vibrant, with soft hints of minerals and the right acidity. It’s the purest expression of their terroir, in the very heart of the Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi appellation. Ideal for spring and summer aperitifs, light fish meals and light cheeses.
