The soil is composed of clay, calcium deposits and volcanic earth. The vineyard is 100% Falanghina, with 45 years old vines. It lies at an altitude of 300 to 480m above sea level, and uses the espalier method of cultivation with guyot pruning.
Manual harvest beginning mid-October. Selection on plants and classic soft press of destemmed grapes.
Light green color. On the nose, aromas of hawthorn flowers and wild herbs, with a touch of citrus. On the palate, a crisp feel with a lingering mineral finish. Ideal with mozzarella, shellfish, vegetarian dishes and appetizers.
