Domaine Guillaman is a family-owned winery located in Gascony, southwestern France. With a history spanning centuries, and a deep connection to the terroir, the Ferret family has cultivated a legacy of winemaking excellence that continues through six generations. Dominique Ferret started making wine with his grandfather when he was 15 years old with 15 hectares.
Today, the domaine is spread over 300 hectares: 200 hectares of vine & 100 hectares of forest for biodiversity.
As independent winemakers, Domaine Guillaman grows and vinifies their own grapes to craft wines that are celebrated for their vibrant aromatics, natural freshness, low alcohol and outstanding value.
By combining traditional techniques with modern innovations, Stéphanie and Dominique encourage environmentally friendly practices. Their daily commitment as a sustainable vineyard includes producing clean wines with as little impact on the environment as possible through natural fertilisers, natural set of plant protection method and natural pest control. They are certified High Environmental Value (HVE) level 3 since 2017.
