For centuries, Domaine La Suffrene has succeeded one another with a single mission – extracting the best of the Provencal terroir, and passing on this treasure and their passion to their children. After studying wine-making and viticulture, Cedric Gravier took over the estate in 1996, at the tender age of 23.
The wine production, which was historically sold as a cooperative to the local wine makers, began a new life under his leadership. Currently, the estate now spreads over 60 hectares of vineyards and olive groves.
He has always been mindful of the environment and the quality of his vineyard. For the past 15 years, their cultural practices have been similar to organic farming. In 2018, they started the process of official conversion, and their wines has been certified organic from vintage 2021.
