The vineyard is from a 46 acres parcel from Climat “Les Chaumes”, in Vosne-Romanée.
Grapes are hand-harvested and 100% destemmed. Natural alcoholic fermentation of 10 days in cement vats, followed by 12 to 15 months in French oak barrels (55% new barrels).
Very aromatic nose with fragrances of cherry and strawberry. The mouth is fleshy and rich in its youth, and become more velvety and complex with age. Perfectly paired with veal, grilled lamb or mature cheeses.
