Pale yellow color with hints of green f resh aroma of white flowers and hazelnut; aromatic complexity.T he nose is dominated by acacia and white flowers mineral notes. The mouth reveals heady and sensuous exotic and citrus f ruit flavours, pink grape fruit and lychee. Long, racy, rich and fresh finish.
Blanc de Blancs wine should not be served too chilled to keep intact all its fullness and aromatic expression: 8/10°C.
Great pairing with sea food, grilled fish, white meats and cheeses. Monkfish medallions, puff pastry of scallops with ginger cream sauce, shellfish, oysters, shrimps etc.
